Cancel all orders
The endpoint cancels all open orders that match the specified filters. Use the market parameter to target a single trading pair, or omit the parameter to cancel across all markets. The type parameter filters by order type (spot, margin, futures). When omitted, the endpoint targets all order types.
Rate limit: 10000 requests/10 sec.
